Aberdeen Angus rump with a paprika, cumin, thyme, oregano and rosemary marinade. One to two per person.

Each brochette is a minimum of 130 grams. 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

HG Walter recommends that all meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Instructions: Chilled: Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.
