The January King is our favourite winter cabbage. They are perfect in the kitchen, but difficult to manage in the field; from the same growing date, they can mature any time between Oct and Feb. Whenever they do arrive, their beautiful purpley/red-tinged leaves are stunning in the field and with your meals.
