1. Green patty pan¨Üsquash is saucer shaped, almost resembling a toy top with scalloped edges. Its colouring is bright to dark¨Ügreen¨Üwith faint lime¨Ügreen¨Üstripes and a¨Ügreen¨Ütipped stem at its blossom end. Its flesh is crisp and creamy white coloured with a moist seed cavity.
